Peter wasn't really sure if the greenhouse was open to the public or not. Then he remembered that he was the owner so if he decided that it was open to the public then it was open to the public. Being the boss/owner was pretty cool. He could see why Mr. Stark liked it so much and why he was a little eccentric about things: if you wanted to change your mind you could, because no one could really tell you no.

"Yeah! Yeah it's open to the public. Do you want to stop by and see it sometime?" Peter asked, trying not to sound too desperate about it. It was just that the other guy seemed cool and not creepy and it would be good to have some friends.
